Little Rascals provide a wide range of fun, interactive activities suitable to your child's age and stage of development.
Fun interactive activities
Little Rascals go above and beyond to provide your child with interactive and new experiences.
At Little Rascals you can expect your child to develop a love for dancing, taste for baking, calmness for Yoga, teamwork for sports and empathy for animals and nature.
We promote open-ended play, providing children with endless opportunities to enhance their imagination, building on their understanding, skills, and knowledge whilst developing your child's unique personality.

Dance
Little Rascals promote dance sessions, designed to enhance your child's coordination and rhythm. The music which we dance to may be linked to our country of the month, exposing children to different genres, rhythms, and styles of dance. We have so much fun in our dance classes, we use ribbons, hoops, active games, and instruments to get the beat going!
Rugby
Little Rascals work closely with Rugby tots, offering weekly rugby sessions, which the children love! See the Rugby Tots story.
Cookery
Cookery Club - At Little Rascals we provide cookery classes to all children. This teaches children about the importance of healthy eating, lifestyles, different food types, and cultures. Children enjoy exploring food and cooking, this provides many learning opportunities such as exploring textures, senses, colours, flavours to reading, communicating, teamwork, measuring, and developing fine motor skills.
Yoga
At Little Rascals we provide children with the opportunity to participate in Yoga classes every day. Yoga has many benefits for children such as giving them confidence, promoting being healthy, improves concentration, reduces any worries, improves balance, and introduces mindfulness.
Gardening club
Little Rascals Gardening club provides children with the opportunity to develop a love and sense of care for the environment around them. In our Little Rascals Garden children participate in planting our own fruit, vegetables, and plants, taking care of them, and observing them as they grow. This provides the children with a sense of responsibility, achievement, teamwork, and many learning opportunities.
Makaton
At Little Rascals we celebrate inclusivity and have a Makaton sign of the week, using these in our daily practice. Makaton helps children to communicate, using signs and symbols. Makaton coincides with spoken language and is used with speech. These help children who may be non-verbal or have English as an additional language to communicate with one another.
Dough Disco
Dough disco is a favourite and has many developmental benefits. We dance to music and use small and large movements with the playdough to enhance our hand eye coordination, self esteem, fine and gross motor skills.
Country of the month celebrations
Each month Little Rascals celebrates a different country. This provides children with the opportunity to be exposed to the wider world and communities around them. We celebrate different cultures, religions and beliefs. We explore the foods, animals, landscapes, houses, traditional clothing, language and music.
Combining Generations
At Little Rascals we like to form relationships with local care homes. We believe “combining generations” is a powerful resource and important to child development.
